Subscription, Trial, Cancellation & Refund Terms

These terms apply to paid Open World TV subscriptions and free trials and form part of the Open World TV Terms and Conditions.
1. Plans and prices
Open World TV offers recurring monthly and annual plans. The current standard prices are $4.99 per month and $49.99 per year, unless a different promotional price is clearly shown before checkout. Prices are based in USD; the checkout may display another currency where supported, and the checkout total is the amount that will be charged.
2. 48-hour free trial
Eligible new customers may start a 48-hour free trial. Payment details are collected at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes a paid recurring subscription using the plan selected at checkout.
Unless a promotion says otherwise, a customer is entitled to one introductory free trial. We may refuse or withdraw repeated trials created to avoid payment or trial limits.
3. Automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled. Before you complete checkout, the applicable plan, trial, recurring price and billing frequency are displayed. Your commerce/payment provider will also provide order or subscription confirmation.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel future renewal online through your Open World TV account/customer portal. If you cancel during the free trial, the first subscription charge will not be taken and viewing access normally continues until the stated trial end time. If you cancel after a paid charge, cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
If a payment was taken incorrectly, duplicated, or you believe you are legally entitled to a refund, contact support@openworldtv.com with the account email and payment details needed to identify the transaction.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for a current billing period are generally not refundable merely because you cancel part-way through that period. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply to you.
UK consumers may have a 14-day statutory cancellation right for a distance contract. Where that right applies, we will honour it. Starting or using the service affects that right only where the law allows and any required express request, consent or acknowledgement has been obtained.
6. Price changes and promotions
Promotional prices may be limited by date, eligibility or plan. If we change the recurring price of an existing subscription, we will provide any notice required by law before the new price applies. Cancelling before a new renewal price takes effect prevents that renewal.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry it. We may restrict paid viewing access when a subscription is unpaid, expired or no longer active. Restoring a valid subscription may restore access.
