These Terms govern your use of Open World TV. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Open World TV is a television discovery and aggregation service. It organises links to live television streams and related information so users can discover content by country, language, category and other criteria.
2. Third-party channels and content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Open World TV does not own, operate or control the television channels, programmes or third-party streams presented through the service. Availability, quality, scheduling, geographic access and content can change without notice.
Channel names, logos, trademarks and programme information belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Open World TV does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
3. Availability
We aim to provide a broad and useful catalogue, but we do not guarantee that any particular channel or stream will be continuously available, playable in your location, accurate or uninterrupted.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must not misuse or interfere with the service.
5. Subscriptions and free trials
If subscriptions are enabled, the applicable price, billing frequency and trial period will be shown before purchase. A free trial may convert automatically to a paid recurring subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel future renewal using the method shown in your account or checkout. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Open World TV unlawfully, bypass security or access controls, interfere with the service, overload it abusively or use it to infringe the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property and rights-holder requests
The Open World TV website, software, design and original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Rights holders who believe a stream, logo, listing or other material should not appear on Open World TV should contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and the basis of the request.
8. Changes to the service
We may add, remove or change channels, features or other parts of the service, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to those rights, Open World TV is provided on an as-available basis and we are not responsible for third-party stream outages, third-party content, geographic restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.
