Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms apply to participation in the Open World TV affiliate programme operated by LocServe Limited. Acceptance as an affiliate is discretionary and may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or the programme.

1. Approval and account

You must provide accurate application and payout information. Approval is personal to the approved affiliate or organisation and does not authorise another person to use your referral account without our agreement.

2. Referral tracking

Referrals and commission are recorded through SureCart or another commerce system we designate. The standard referral period is currently 30 days. Browser settings, consent choices, device changes and other technical factors can prevent attribution, so commission is payable only where a qualifying referral is actually recorded.

3. Commission

The standard programme currently uses 20% commission on qualifying payments, with subscription commission available for up to 365 days from the qualifying subscription start. Different rates or product-specific terms may be agreed for an individual affiliate. Lifetime commission is not part of the standard programme.

4. Qualifying transactions

Commission is based on genuine live purchases that are successfully attributed and approved. Test-mode orders, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, refunded or charged-back payments, duplicate attribution and transactions that breach these terms do not qualify. We may reverse or adjust commission when the underlying payment is refunded, reversed or found not to qualify.

5. Coupons and promotions

We may issue affiliate-linked coupons or campaign codes. Coupons must be promoted accurately and only for the period, products and audience for which they were issued. You must not create or advertise unauthorised Open World TV discounts.

6. Marketing standards

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever applicable and comply with advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and electronic-marketing rules that apply to you. You must not make false or misleading claims, imply that you represent Open World TV, send unsolicited bulk messages, use deceptive redirects, publish unlawful content, or bid on Open World TV branded search terms without written permission.

7. Brand and content

Permission to participate does not transfer ownership of the Open World TV name, logo, website material or third-party broadcaster brands. Approved creative material may be used only to promote the programme in accordance with any brand guidance we provide.

8. Payouts

Payouts are normally reviewed monthly and require at least $50.00 USD in approved commission unless we agree otherwise. SureCart may generate payout records, but payment is processed manually using the payout method/instructions applicable at the time. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and obligations.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend referrals, withhold disputed commission or end participation for material or repeated breach, fraud, misleading promotion, abuse of coupons, reputational harm, legal/compliance risk or other reasonable programme-protection grounds. Ending participation stops new referrals; valid commission already earned remains subject to these terms and any necessary adjustments.

10. Changes

We may change commission rates, referral periods, payout procedures or other programme terms for future referrals. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate portal, email or updated terms where appropriate.
